Repeat Prescriptions
Your doctor may agree with you that you can collect certain regular prescriptions without seeing them on every occasion. To request a ‘repeat prescription’ please use the practice phone number (08444 771 772), available 24 hours, and leave your request by following the message instructions. Your prescription will be ready after 5.00 pm the next working day.
Please note that requests for anything other than previously agreed repeat prescriptions will not be accepted.
Alternatively, write to the practice enclosing an SAE, call at the surgery and leave a message, or telephone us to speak to a member of staff on the surgery number between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Again, 'your prescription will then be ready to collect after 5.00pm the next working day.

The slip attached to your prescription gives the practice phone number and web address. It also states how many repeat prescriptions are authorised. If it states "Reauthorise" you must see your doctor before ordering another prescription.
